Nimbus today announced the closing of an $18 million Series A financing round to accelerate production of Atlas, its autonomous pallet-moving robot built for high-density warehouse floors.
The financing will expand Nimbus's manufacturing capacity and speed deployment of its fleet-management platform across logistics and fulfillment customers. Atlas is designed to operate continuously alongside human workers, adapting routes in real time as warehouse conditions change.
Built for the busiest floors
Atlas combines LIDAR-based navigation, fleet-wide coordination, and NimbusOS into a single warehouse robotics system. The new capital strengthens the path from pilot deployments to full-scale rollouts while keeping the company's focus on safety and uptime.

What's next
The round will fund a new assembly line at Nimbus's Ohio facility and the hiring of 40 additional engineers over the next year, with general availability targeted for early next year.
